What you see is what you get……. birds, animals, and all sorts of things, but remember; Work for a cause, not for applause. Live life to express, not to impress. Don't strive to make your presence noticed, just make your absence felt. .
Got me an egg would be a great name for a children’s book! You know bulldog, come to think of it. some of your pictures and commentary might make an excellent children’s book! ❤

Splendidi scatti, bravissimo. La mangusta è una ladra super per le uova, sicuramente non sarà contento il proprietario di casa quando se ne accorgerà 🙂
Ciao, Patrizia
I found myself wishing that mongoose wasn’t taking the life of some unborn bird, but then I remembered that the other day I had scrambled eggs for breakfast.
I’m betting the mother of that egg is probably weighing heavy on their minds. I don’t expect she’d be too happy to see them enjoying her future offspring.
Great shots again 🙂 Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Thank you
Survival of the fittest. Well documented meal.
Thanks PC
Has Big Bird reported a missing egg recently?

Thanks Cindy

Thanks Pat… they should learn to keep their doors closed or pack away their groceries…
Cute little thieves…
Thanks jewels..
We have the same problem with stoats in NZ. Great shots, busy little mongoose.
Thanks Jan… the home owners loss… my gain

If they hadn’t got the eggs they would probably ended as a breakfast for someone else… a lesson for them… pack away the groceries….
So naughty!! Great shots…
Thanks Sherri
A great shot of nature in the raw, Rob! Best wishes for a Happy New Year!
Thanks Naomi…. and the best for 2015 to you too…. may it be all you wish yourself
Wow! What a great capture those images are.
Thanks Richard
uh-oh! There’s an angry mama somewhere. “Vengeance is mine,” she vows and bloodbath ensues. 😉
I think an upset home owner who left the door open…..
It is easy to see that all wildlife should be locked up as thieves, murderers and fraudsters.
Wonder where mankind learnt it
Definitely enjoying their meal…you did well to spot them in the undergrowth.
Thanks Brian

Probably not…. but there is one home owner that will remember to keep the door closed
