As I paged through a few files today I came across these photos… and asked the question, why do they grow so quick?
This is my youngest Grand Daughter, who just continues to grow and grow…
From this….
To this, in no time what so ever…
I hope she slows before she competes with this…
My problem is … as fast as she grows … I grow older…
How darling, what a beautiful granddaughter you have there Bulldog. The giraffe isn’t too bad either 😉 I hope for grandchildren one day…for now I have to accept my ‘babies’ are all fully grown!
Now that’s a real live doll ( Oh, the kid’s very cute, too…giggles!)
I love seeing a photo of one of your grandchildren, Rob. What a beauty, with a wonderful smile! I can’t believe how quickly time passes when we watch children grow. Sometimes it’s a little overwhelming. Aren’t we fortunate, though, to have these precious grandchildren. The giraffe is pretty amazing, too. My granddaughters would love to see those animals up close. 🙂
Oh – how precious.
I’m feeling time fly by too.
It’s like once I had kids – time has been on full speed ahead.
Grandkids are such a blessing. They certainly do grow up fast. My oldest is already 20! 😯
She’s so beautiful!!
I don’t have grandchildren, but I find the aging my children frightening enough!
My baby is 38 years old… that makes me feel old enough… lol
What a doll! Before long, she’s going to give the boys a run for their money…and her dad too! I am having a blast being a grandma and hopefully they will help me remember what being young is all about…even if I am getting older!
I’ve found the grandkids keep me younger feeling than my own kids did…. I do enjoy all 7 of them
Is that 7 grandkids?!
Yep 7…
WOW!!!! 😀 😀
… ahhhh but the journey is so sweet!
So true
I agree time flies and you see it more on the children how fast they grow up. You got such a sweet granddaughter, she sis a very happy child! Enjoy her at any age!
She is going to be a treat all her life I just know it
Beautiful … post! Same priceless smile …A happy girl.
I hope that everything is okay with you and Linda. Have a pleasant weekend.
She is going to be a treat all her life I just know it
I’m sure she will *smile
What a beautiful granddaughter you have! And there are worse alternatives than growing older, aren’t there Bulldog? 🙂
Yes … far worse things than aging… thanks LuAnn
I can relate too well, bulldog. Your granddaughter is a real cutie!
Tthanks Russ
So sweet! They do grow so fast, but with my own kids I try and look at it as a blessing, they are healthy and growing and doing what they’re supposed to be doing, and there are new pleasures and new challenges at every stage, so I try to appreciate the stage they are at! Notice I say “try” there! Believe me, I still lament over the passing years when I look at pictures of them as babies and small children when they were so cute! But then I remind myself that they are still lovely, just a different lovely than they were then 🙂
This comment reminds me that my baby (at 38) is still aging as fast as I am… but I do love to see them grow, just wish it was slower
She’s a real cutie!
Thanks Anneli
She is absolutely gorgeous! And don’t worry about the age thing, Rob. There is some formula that only Einstein could figure out (and maybe not even him–but he was working on it). Children age exponentially faster than we older folks do. It’s some corollary to his relativity of time theory. I’m sure of it. It’s the same with puppies and kittens. Trust me on this one. 😉
Ok I’ll trust you, but that theory will need some research before I’m convinced
What a cutie and obviously, happy child bulldog! The older we get, the quicker time seems to go. ❤

That is right… Christmas 2014 was only yesterday…
Adorable! ❤
Thanks
Awwwwwwwww a cutie
Like me
Ummmmmmmmmm…… 😉
Laughing & loving this~
Thanks Cindy
oh my gosh your grand daughter is gorgeous! Time does seem to fly doesn’t it.
You are so right… they say you are only as old as you feel… my problem is the younger woman won’t let me feel, so I feel the age that my head says rather than my body. The body seems to be trying to tell me something…
ha-ha – it is a good thing (the younger women part), you could get in trouble otherwise lol. I’m married to an older man so good for him but not so much for me lol – hope he doesn’t read this (although he may be wondering why I’m rolling round the floor laughing).
